Distinguish legal ownership, beneficial ownership, control, nominee arrangements and contractual rights. Identify gaps or contradictions across SSM records, registers and agreements. Provide: (1) a table of entities and persons; (2) ownership and control chains; (3) related-party relationships; (4) security or encumbrances affecting the structure; and (5) issues requiring verification. Do not infer ownership merely from common directors or family relationships.
