From `[MATERIALS]`, identify every natural person, company, partnership, estate, trustee, office-holder, association, public authority and other relevant entity.

For each, state:

- legal name and identifiers;
- role in the facts;
- legal capacity;
- relationship to the client and other parties;
- whether a necessary, proper, nominal or potential third party;
- standing or capacity issue;
- documents required to verify identity, authority or ownership;
- potential conflict or privilege concern.

Then recommend the proposed parties and party descriptions for the contemplated proceeding. Do not assume that a trade name, branch, sole proprietorship or account name has separate legal personality.
